Front Torsion Bars

These are not required to add lift, however if you add a bumper or winch, you should upgrade the torsion bars

Select Front Shocks

The **786 variant shocks are extended front travel to be used with a full diff drop kit and UCA's to get 2"+ of lift with proper articulation and travel. CV damage will occur otherwise

Select Rear Coils

Select the rear coils you would like with your suspension based on how much weight has been added over stock, and how much lift height you want.
C59-169 - 1" lift, linear rate, with stock weight
C59-223V - 1"-1.25" lift, variable rate coils, with stock weight
C59-167 - 2" lift stock weight, 1.5" with 150-220LBS constant rear weight
C59-185 - 1.5" lift, linear rate, with 440LBS constant rear weight
C59-171 - 1.5" lift, linear rate, with 880LBS constant rear weight

Rear Shocks

Add Front Upper Control Arms (UCA's)?

UCA's should be added for proper wheel alignment with caster correction for 2" or more, and also for proper articulation with **786 variant front shocks

Add Front Diff Drop Kit?

To get the full articulation of the **786 front shocks, a full diff drop kit needs to be added along with new UCA's. CV damage will occur otherwise

Add Rear Upper Trailing Arms?

These allow you to set the pinion angle properly once the vehicle is lifted. Fully adjustable

Add Rear Lower Trailing Arms?

These also allow for pinion angle correction, but they're also much stronger than stock and far less likely to bend under extreme use or when hitting object offroad

Add Airbags?

If you regularly tow with your vehicle, carry a motorcycle on a hitch mount, or have huge variances between daily weight and loaded trip weight, a set of helper air springs will be very useful. Inserts inside your rear coil springs to add additional load support, Manually inflate or deflate the air bags to add or remove support or height.

Upgrade Front Brakes?

This is not required with the suspension, but considering that when adding a lot more weight and rolling mass to the vehicles, the stock brakes aren't doing the job they're supposed to. Adding the Powerbrake D-Line Rotor and Pad kit gives bolt-on excellent performance without needing to replace so many parts.

Description

Dobinsons full 100 series lift kit – Dobinsons offer this complete MRA 3-way adjustable suspension kit for the 1998-2007 Toyota Land Cruiser 100 Series and LX470 with 4.7L V8 Gas Engine, for trucks with or without an aftermarket bumper and winch on the front (220LBS), and heavy accessory load in the rear of 200LBS+ (drawers, fridge, rear bumper, etc). A suitable full replacement for the AHC hydraulic system when installed all together. To use on airbag-equipped vehicles, all of the parts of this suspension must be installed, removing all of the AHC parts that were on the vehicle.

Built on the Back of the Race Winning Monotube Remote Reservoir (MRR) Shock Absorbers, Dobinsons new range of MRR Adjustable Shock Absorbers combine the best in high performance race-bred Monotube Technology, with an all new 3-way dampening adjustment system to turn your 4×4 into the ultimate off-road machine. Each component of the MRR Shock Absorber has been refined and improved to offer a higher level of ride quality, vehicle control and shock absorber performance.

The new 6063 honed Aluminum reservoir, revised light-weight floating piston, Carbon Fiber / PTFE / Disulphide composite wear band, improved 3 stage sealing system, and the ability to run lower gas pressure with the addition of the reservoir compression adjuster; have combined to provide massive reductions in shock absorber friction, resulting in an improved vehicle ride and dampening performance. The revised sealing design now provides a 3 stage FKM-HNBR shaft seal system that, when combined with the reduced operating frictions, provides a vastly increased service life with reduced wear.

The Micro Polished, Hard Chromed and Heat Treated shock shaft, revised CNC aluminum high flow race piston, and DOM seamless tubing body provides the ultimate in performance and off-road durability. The 3 Way adjustment design reduces the main piston working load, distributing heat more evenly between the main piston and the reservoir piston for reduced operating temperatures, and allows quick and easy damping changes for the ultimate in shock tunability in varying terrain and vehicle loads, to keep you controlled and comfortable.

The Dobinsons MRA59-A786 Adjustable Remote Reservoir Lift kit utilizes large bores, combined with remote oil reservoirs, provide the perfect housing for an enormous oil capacity and surface area to resist shock fade and maintain vehicle handling.

What this means is that you are able to tune your suspensions to accurately adjust to your current driving conditions. No Tools are needed to adjust the suspensions compression and rebound settings, although the kit does come with a handy tool to reach the adjusters better if needed. The rebound compression on struts is done at the top of the strut, and the rebound adjustment on the shocks is done at the base mount of the shock. The MRA features an easy to adjust knob on the reservoir for high and low speed compression adjustment. Due to the adjustable design there is no longer the need to choose between the firmer and comfort valved shocks, you now have the option to manage your valving on the fly, eliminating the hard choice of weather to buy your suspension based on daily comfort or having suspension heavy duty enough for your hauling needs.

All our 100 series lift kit coil springs are load tested and scragged 100% to eliminate subsequent spring sag. We also perform spring fatigue and hardness testing using in-house state of the art testing equipment.

Dobinsons Torsion Bars feature an increased spring rate, cold rolled splines, durable powder coat finish, and are directionally preset and scragged for perfect OE fitment.
