Is it okay to be flat chested at 15? ›

Flat chest is not a problem at the age of 15. The growth of chests will vary from girl to girl.

Everybody is different and develops at different rates. Some women develop boobs and some stay flat chested. No need to think there is anything wrong with you.

Most girls reach breast growth between 15 and 16, but breast may continue to grow up to age 21. You might ask the women in your family, mother, aunts, grandmother, when they were fully grown. Remember, some do not grow large breasts.
