This is a variation on one of our all-time favorite chicken recipes. We LOVED the chicken version, so I decided to see how the brown sugar and Italian dressing mixture would taste on pork chops. OMG! THE BEST! We both absolutely loved these pork chops. SO much flavor. The best part of this recipe is that is literally takes a minute to put together.

These3-Ingredient Brown Sugar Italian Pork Chops are our new “go-to” recipe for pork chops. We’ve made them several times over the past month and love them every time. I do suggest lining your pan with aluminum foil. The brown sugar mixture gets sticky while cooking. The foil makes cleanup a breeze! Serve the pork chops with somegreen beansandscalloped potatoesfor a quick weeknight meal!

I used a packet of Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix. Do NOT make the dressing. You are only going to use the contents of the packet in the recipe.

  1. It is simply incredible that such a simple recipe of 3 ingredients can be so good! My husband and son LOVED it, and I loved that it was SO easy to make! I served it with Creamy Peas and Noodles by 12 Tomatoes via Taste of Home and the combination was boffo! Forget haute cuisine! You don’t need it! And in this time of inflation and economic hardship, minimum ingredient recipes like this are – simply – gold!
